Hatha Yoga with a Vinyasa Flow

Yoga is an ancient practice that offers techniques for improving the efficiency of the body and for handling the stress of everyday life. The practice of doing poses and breathing exercises is called hatha yoga. At MF Yoga, our classes focus on the physical asana practice and mind-body integration. Classes are taught in a flowing (vinyasa) style  that links the breath to the movement and poses.

The physical benefits of yoga include the toning and  stretching of muscles which leads to greater joint mobility and stability as well as enhancing the functioning of the internal organs (digestive, circulatory, respiratory, hormonal, etc.). The practice of yoga also increases ones ability to concentrate and function with a clear mind. This strengthens the connection between the physical and spiritual aspects of our beings - integrating the body, mind and spirit.

YOGA Classes are 90 mintues unless otherwise indicated with a **.
12 Noon YOGA is a 55 minute class.
6:30pm YOGA is a 75 minute class.
Mat Pilates Classes are 55 minutes each.
